Senior Ministry meets for fellowship and food every 2nd Friday at 11:30am in the Worship Center at Mt. Zion On the 4th Friday, we meet at the Willa Carson Health Center at 11:30am. Contact Tyna Middleton for more information: 727-458-7236

Children & Youth Ministry offer a variety of activities for children and youth: a drop-in nursery during Sunday Worship for ages 6 weeks to 3 years old, children's church (ages 4-12), bucket drumming, guitar lessons, liturgical dancing, Easter egg hunt, Christmas cookie baking, and more. From time to time we also give parents the opportunity to have some time without the kiddos with Parents Night Out. All volunteers who work with minors are background checked and trained regularly.

Justice Ministry - Mt. Zion is an active member of Faith and Action for Strength Together (FAST), a justice ministry organization made up of 41 religious congregations throughout Pinellas County who work together to identify root causes of community problems and take action on these problems by holding community leaders accountable. Additionally, Mt. Zion participates in petition drives and has partnerships with other social justice organizations like the NAACP and Bay Area Dream Defenders. DePaul School for Dyslexia - Since 1984, DePaul has been empowering students who learn differently. Today the school is in two locations, has 100 students, and serves grades 1 - 8. Our church campus is the main location.

Sandy Lane School Partnership - Sandy Lane Elementary is Mt. Zion's adopted school. Each week we have volunteers who go there to have lunch with students, mentor them, help teachers in the classroom, and even proctor tests at end of the school year.
