Mt. Zion is a member congregation of Faith and Action for Strength Together, FAST, a local Justice Ministry Organization which brings together 40 congregations from different backgrounds to work on root causes of poverty and injustice in Pinellas County. Each year at an event called the Nehemiah Action, FAST brings together over 2500 people together to hold accountable our elected officials on issues like affordable housing, criminal justice, and access to mental health services. Be present and make your voice heard for justice on Monday, March 22 @ 7pm. You don't have to be a member of Mt. Zion to join us. In order to keep people safe, this year the Action will be held virtually and drive-in style at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 4661 82nd Ave N, Pinellas Park, FL 33781.
